Airlines, cell phone carriers and internet service providers frequently fall into this category.

If you’ve ever done business with a firm that advertises one price and then, when you try to make the purchase, there are all kinds of add-ons needed in order to use the product or service as intended, this is an example of low quality in our eyes. Travel sites, hotels and new home construction frequently fall into this category.
